Monica Bedi turns singer

Remember Monica Bedi, the lady who starred in quite a few films opposite big stars and then was not to be seen in tinsel town for quite some time only to be arrested by the police along with notorious criminal Abu Salem? Monica has seen the best and worst quite early in her life. The girl after her release from prison has started to get a hold on her life and agreed to face the camera for the first time in the reality show “Big Boss2”. She was later also seen on the dance reality show, “Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa”. Now the former actress has taken the divine route and has turned a singer of devotional songs. Monica belongs to a Sikh family and the announcement of her first album was made in Chandigarh. The album contains Sikh devotional songs and is released by Universal Music. Monica was very cautious when she spoke to the media. She was very sure that she would speak only regarding the album and did not entertain any question related to Abu Salem and her past life. Monica also says that she has a few film offers that she is considering and her stint on television has helped her in getting the roles.
