Sir i has found a foreign consigment on net about 8 million us dollers form addopt a girl which has not mummy and papa and sir that girl make me and my wife as his new parants in india and sir she girl want give me his late father's 8 million us dollers for again satel in india. But sir ecowas monitoring comittee at west afrika stop order on this 8 million us dollers fund transfer to india at my father in law/s bank a/c and sir my money which i should can found from my new addopted daughter from west afrika on that my money ecowas stop order about that money transfer

And they say to me that without antiterrerist certificate and drug certificate they i mean ecowas whould n't give me my money.
