Daddy’s girl-Sonam Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor, the most talked about newcomer is a complete daddy’s girl. Papa Anil Kapoor has been in the film industry for a loooong time and knows its pulse. Sonam although being a much sought after actress, has not had a hit to her credit so far. Her work was appreciated in her debut film “Saawariya” and then again in “Delhi 6” but both films failed to click. She was considered to be one newcomer who made her own choice when it came to her frame of work but after the debacle of both her film she has decided that daddy dearest would be more suited for the job. Now it is senior Kapoor who has to be approached before Sonam agrees to sign on the dotted line. Now Sonam is not accessible straight away. Anil Kapoor would do the initial scan before anything is approved by his daughter. The script, budget and all the promotion plans are first discussed with Anil before Sonam arrives on the scene. Sonam has two films to her name both of which bombed at the box office let us see what daddy can do for her. If Anil Kapoor’s career is taken as a yardstick, we can safely say that Sonam surely is in safe hands.
