Countdown for the IIFA awards begins

The countdown for the IIFA awards begins. The 10th IIFA awards is to be held from the 10th of June in Macau. The show has the whos who of Bollywood landing to add to the star value of this mega event. The hosts for the show would be Lara Dutta, Riteish Deshmukh and the talented Boman Irani. The IIFA’s movie premiere is badly affected this year with the strike still on in full strength. With China as a venue it sure is going to be opening new roads for Bollywood and would work towards further strengthening the ties between India and China. Actresses Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor would be performing at the IIFA. Wizcraft International Entertainment are the organizers of the grand event. Actor Rajesh Khanna would be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the IIFA. Sabbas Joseph the diector pf Wizcraft said "He (Rajesh Khanna) is considered the first superstar of Indian cinema and has influenced an entire genre of romantic movies, creating a legendary persona that strikes a chord with the youth, even today”. Going by the line of events planned for the event, this is going to be yet another colorful grand event to look forward to.
