Aamir- a devoted husband

Aamir Khan’s wife is reportedly 3 months pregnant and the father-to-be is in far away Ladakh shooting for “3 Idiots”. The distance however, does not stop him from calling his wife several times a day to check on her health. The problem is that the place where the unit is shooting does not have mobile connectivity and Aamir has to travel about an hour to use the satellite phone to speak to his wife. He does this not once but several times a day. The shooting is taking place near the Siachin glacier and there are no hotels there due to which the entire unit camps in tents. Sources reveal that Kiran has been unwell during her pregnancy. At first she was admitted for fever. Although, the reason for the fever was not diagnosed she soon recovered from it. Kiran fell ill for the second time and this time tests revealed a lung infection. Aamir had to join his team at Ladakh for the shoot soon after she was discharged from hospital. Her parents are at present taking care of her. Aamir, the committed actor he is does not show any signs of worry or stress at the sets and also takes all the pains to keep in touch with his wife. Now that is surely a devoted husband that Kiran would be very proud of.
