Director Anthony D'Souza had earlier complimented Katrina Kaif as the female Akshay Kumar for her professionalism and punctuality. So, what comes as a surprise is that she has been sidelined by the same people who praised her.

It's common knowledge that Katrina has only a cameo role in Blue but people start expecting more of her following the director's claim that her seven-minute performance is its USP. So, what puzzles the people who follow Bollywood closely is that, she has been sidelined as far as publicity is concerned. It's Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta, who have stolen the limelight. Only time will tell if sidelining Katrina is justified. Blue, which hits the theatres today, also features Sanjay Dutt and Zayed Khan.
